A Premium rosin made by Cremona in America. This rosin provides a powerful, yet sensitive sound for the soloist. It enables maximized projection and extra clear bow articulation.
From spring 2020, Cremona in America replaced the name ANDREA with CECILIA. There is no change in the rosin formulas whatsoever.
Please note this rosin is now rebranded as Cecilia but is otherwise unchanged in its formulation.

Best rosin i've used. My favourite.
Pros: Very very good. Maybe the best rosin i've ever used (of the several high rated ones i used). I can get a very grippy sound, but in a warm way (not fuzzy). It leaves much less dirt in the string than any other rosin i've tried. It comes in a small version (the one i use).
Cons: I like everything of it, except the fact i can't find it in Italy at a reasonably price :)

My Favourite Rosin in 15 years of playing
Pros: The rosin comes in a very good screw top case. In use it has a smooth yet slightly gritty feel to it and the tones produced made my hair stand on end. Probably the best I have used yet (and I can assure you I have about 10 lurking about) Although it is classified as being 'mini' in size, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not (in my opinion) small. 40mm di x 10mm thick) I use Thomastok Infeld Red Strings
Cons: Not found anythig that I dont like about it
Other: Well Recommended

Very Good
Pros: Comparing to my old one, sound is amazing
Cons: There is nothing to not like
Other: According to this website: http://www.warchal.com/the_big_rosin_test.html Andrea Rosin is the best rosin. Well I'm not professional enough to say but its definitely better than my old one which was very rubbish.

I'm happy with it.
Pros: Very soft and sticky, as i like, but in a very good way. I had tried other soft rosins in the past but they took away some definition and high frequencies from sound. The Solo, instead, is quite satisfying for my typical usage (folk music, where violin has to have a lot of projection, volume, and authority).
Cons: Nothing, for now.
Other: I had read some reviews where some people talked about the plastic box of this rosin, in a negative way. Instead, i have nothing negative to say about it.

found the following review helpful
Pros: easy to apply - no need to score the surface. very little dust. grips the string without scratchy or rasping noises. excellent choice!
Cons: The cost - but well worth it considering how long it will last
Other: Bought this rosin as it was recommended buy a respected luthier. have tried several other rosins of varying price - this one definitely the best. Well-packaged too- easy to open and use- no fiddly bits of cloth!
