Pros: They were sent very promptly, and when found to be an incorrect match for exisiting strings, were exchanged for a full set of Jargars immediately. The D string was easy to fit and tune according to exact picture/instructions; has 'played in' very quickly so I don't realise it is new.

Cons: They were the wrong brand to match the existing strings; I wish I had phoned your helpful staff before ordering instead of relying on my own internet research!
