Good value, light, made in germany
3 out of 3 found the following review helpful

Pros: Daughter loves, grip is nice, very light, cello teacher impressed with quality. Nice to buy something made in Europe.

Cons: Broke during first use which was a bit alarming (the end of the hair pinged out) but shop exchanged with no problem

Not for us.

Pros: Seemed good quality.

Cons: We sent the bow back because the instructor and my daughter found the bow very light weight and somewhat unbalanced compared to what she was used to. Her teacher is very much a traditionalist, so that may have also been a factor.

A good weighty robust bow
0 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: This bow is wider (on the hair) and heavier than the rosewood bow I have using since I started learning cello, however I am discovering that I can use the weight to advantage in certain styles of playing.

Cons: I feel there are no obvious disadvantges to this bow - just learning how to use it's qualities to best advantage
