String was of good quality but did not realy match

The Pirastro Gold Label violin string E steel is a
Pros:
It is the best metal 'E' violin string I have tried out so far. It achieves a reasonably warm sound and therefore is less of a contrast between the other strings. It stays in tune more than the rest, and is very competitively priced.
