Pirastro Permanent Viola Strings. SET

The Permanent A string has a single filament steel core wound with chrome steel. The other strings have a rope core wound with titanium (D), silver (G) and tungsten-silver (C).

These strings produce a warm and round sound combined with good projection and the stability of a metal core.

Recommended for violas with a playing scale of 35-38cm which covers most violas of back length 15-16.5 inches

Medium tension strings are designed for a vibrating length of 37cm. For a shorter vibrating length consider using high tension, for a longer vibrating length consider using low tension strings.
