Description
A good instrument for players moving up from a beginner instrument towards the middle and higher Grades.
The Conservatoire II boasts extra features over the Conservatoire: violin fitted with Pirastro Tonica strings and a Wittner Ultra tailpiece. Deluxe case and Brazilwood bow. Individually prepared in our workshop; bridge and soundpost recut and adjusted, nut smoothed and aligned, pegs fully oiled and pasted for smooth action, smooth tuning. Ready to play.

Pros: Everything about the package is of a high quality. The violin was purchased for a student, and having looked at and played many instruments in this price range, I decided that this was the best value and worth the little extra compared with the conservertoire 1. The case is beautifully made and very sturdy with plenty of space for shoulder rests and music. The violin is good to look at as well as to play. There is a lot of potential in the instrument and the quality is enhanced by the change of strings. The bow is of reasonable quality for the price. Also, loved the little touches such as the string zone pencil and care of instrument sheet. Overall, I would highly recommend this package for students of Grade 3-6.
