Pros: Loving this shoulder rest so far - lives up to it’s ‘flex’ name as it is far more adjustable than anything else I have used! Works well with a centre chin rest too which many don’t.
Cons: Nothing - despite my luthier laughing at me for having a child’s shoulder rest it looks & most importantly feels like the real deal.

Pros: As an adult learner who hasn't developed that innate sense of balancing the violin growing up, I struggled to find a shoulder rest that would give me the security to be able to get the exact finger placements that I was after, as most SRs grip the violin quite far down, so I was always gripping and hunched over. Finally, a shoulder rest that understands that our bodies are not the same shape as the mid-bout of the upper section of the violin. The adjustments are endless. It can grip the violin lower down where it's most secure but give you the freedom of the left arm and security on the collarbone an inch higher due to the rotation mechanism, so the CR is nicely tucked under your jawbone and the arms feel free. Surprised this isn't more popular, the design is spot on. If you are about to despair on your hunt for the perfect shoulder rest, I'd recommend this SR. If anything, this product is a crash course in understanding your physicality which will get you one step closer.

Nice design, lightweight, resonancating.
Pros: Very comfortable, stable and smart design. Allows freedom in playing and does not block the left shoulder. Similar to the Viva Diamond but slightly differs in shape. My professor uses Viva Diamond, but once he tried the Flex he asked me to order one for him as well.
