Description
Lightweight case with pressure moulded shell and fixed cover. Choice of sizes. Black/blue only. Width is upper body max width and lower body max width.
The Maestro is a traditional style lightweight case with a hard shell, metal lock and rucksack straps. Modern manufacturing techniques are used to produce a traditional style case with a very strong, pressure molded shel which is also very light. The case features detachable, neoprene padded rucksack straps, a stitched leather handle and high grade Swiss made precision lock.
Please refer to the image above for the correct way to ascertain the body length of the viola. The first measurement of width is the upper bout and the second the lower bout.

Pros: Delighted with this case - really light and small but strong and well-made. I have to carry my viola a lot so its made a bid difference to me. Also pleased that I can just fit in my BG shoulder rest which i wasn't expecting - possibly because my viola is not quite the maximum possible size for the case. The backstraps are excellent with clips that swivel but the case is so light I often just carry it in my hand.
Cons: Nothing!
Other: Obviously not possible to carry music in the case.
