Very educational piece of equipment!

Pros: I purchased this hygrometer as I had no idea of the level of humidity in the room where I keep my instruments - I was surprised to find that the relative humidity level was 85% ... I thought it was a lot lower than that, so this has proved an educational lesson for me! I have now set up a dehumidifier in the room and the level is closer to 70% (apparently the perfect level is between 45% and 65% but this is just not possible given our high-humidity weather at the moment).

Cons: None

The meter is easy to read and very convenient.

Pros: I can see immediately how humid the inside of my violin case is.

Cons: None

Other: I am finding the small hydrometer very useful, I wish I had of brought one years ago.
