Shipping and Handling Information

We delivery to most EU countries at a flat rate of £2.50 for small items, £18 for orders which include a case or large music stand. Exception: Malta and Cyprus, which are classed as outside the EU.

* Please note that if the value of your order is above £50 we may, at our discretion, ship your order by courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery and you should ensure that someone will be available to accept and sign for your parcel. The String Zone will not be liable any delay, loss or return of your order due to the courier or postman being unable to leave the parcel at the shipping address provided. If you believe that the courier or postman will not be able to deliver to your address for any reason, please contact us immediately on 01784 470 930.

We ship items outside of the EU for a flat rate of £15 except for cases, music stands and large items which will incur a £45 shipping charge to most destinations. Some items cannot be shipped outside of the EU. We will advise on this before processing your order.

Delivery Schedule

Almost all orders are despatched within 24 hours. More unusual items are usually despatched within 5 days. Such items are clearly identified in the product display. If for any reason this is not possible we will email you with a delivery time and ask for confirmation before processing your order.
