Set of 4 strings . Powerful, warm and focused sound. The choice of the professional.
Same construction string as Larsen.
Gauge, tension or strength are terms by different manufacturers to indicate the tension of the string at pitch. Medium is suitable for the vast majority of players and should be used as a starting point.
Product specifications:
- A&D, chrome on steel.
- G & C, tungsten on ropesteel.

Very impressive but takes some handling!
Pros:
Very resonant and powerful. A considerable shock if you haven't changed strings for quite some time! Difficult to judge the overall balance of the set as still 'settling' and may just be my instrument - however, the C and G seem to have a markedly fully sound than the top two. Nonetheless, clearly of high quality and would recommend if you're looking for a 'big' sound.
Cons:
Confident that they'll prove to be a very good buy when they've settled and I've got used to them.
Other:
Very efficient and helpful customer service on phone. Very competitive price for set.

The warmth of the sounds make me want to play more
Pros:
The strings help to create warmer sounds, and I find that it is easier to create a good sound in the higher areas of each string, and am obtaining better sounds on string three and four than before in all areas.
Cons:
Nothing

Clear, precise, beautiful tone.

Clear, precise, beautiful tone.
Cons:
The middle two strings lack some of the colour of the outer two.
Other:
Took a couple of weeks to play in, very expressive thereafter. The top string is truly wonderful.
