Length of tubing for one half of one foot. Order four tubes for entire shoulder rest.
Fit using a minute amount of liquid soap on foot. Too much and the tube will slide off.

No need to buy new shoulder rest
Pros: Quick way to rejuvenate shoulder rest at very little cost.
Cons: None
Other: I found it very easy to fit. Unlike some other reviewers, one piece of tube was only enough for leg of my viola shoulder rest so I needed four to complete the job.

Pros: Relatively easy to fit, when you use a tiny amount of liquid soap.
Cons: Very slippy, keeps moving out of place on the body of the instrument. To such an extent that I've since purchased to of the new style Kun feet - moulded yellow plastic - and these work much better.
Other: Not really worth buying, the original rubber actually 'stuck' to the body of the violin, but then degraded- as explained above, these just slip.

As described - easy to put on.
Pros: Easy to put on; Applied a small amount of diluted washing up liquid on stems and put tubes in warm - hot water for a few seconds to soften them before pushing them onto rest.
Cons: None
Other: Stringzone service was excellent & very quick delivery; unexpectedly arrived in time for first violin lesson.
