Beginner
A wonderful set of strings!
Pros: They are really lovely and have totally gorgeous tone and feel. I thought the strings I had before were good - and they were - but these ones have such wonderful responsiveness to the fingers, as well as the tonal qualities I already mentioned, that the difference was just breathtaking.
Cons: Well, there really is nothing bad to be said about these strings. They need playing in, but what strings don't? They are perfect and quite frankly I am fairly sure that when the time comes to renew my strings again, I shall buy another set of these rather than splash out trying another brand as I am so pleased with this set.

Infeld Red violin strings - a good reliable set.
Pros: On my fiddle they have a full, bright sound. Can't comment on the e string as I haven't put it on yet, but it was sold as a good quality add on.

Other: I'm giving them a 4 because I really have nothing to compare them with, and they could just sound nice because they're new. Anyway, nothing wrong with them.

Pros: Prompt delivery. Not used these yet. They will be replacing my usual Evah's when they need changing. I have seen good reviews. Hope they suit my "dark" sounding violin.
Cons: Nothing-yet!
