Made by master maker Manoel Francisco This bow features an attractive double ring inlay to the frog and plain silver screw. A strong sturdy bow for powerful sound. Due to the current CITES restrictions placed on the use and sale of Brazilian Pernambuco wood, L'Archet Brasil spent time investigating and experimenting with bow making in more sustainable timbers, and are now using both IPE and Roxenho for bow making, alongside Pernambuco. These woods are not endangered and do not come under the CITES restrictions, yet retain the characteristics of a traditional Pernambuco stick
