Specialist E string by Pirastro. Steel with fine chromesteel winding to reduce 'whistling'. Designed to match Violino, Chromcor, Tonica, Oliv, Obligato, Evah Pirazzi, Flexocor, Eudoxa and Piranito

Good quality string

Pros: Balances the sound with other three Dominants. I have tried various E strings and this is by far the best.

Good Strings Good Service

Pros: I'm still getting acquainted with the string, but so far I think it's terrific. No squeaks. The customer service at String Zone is also terrific, with quick replies to inquiries and prompt shipping.

Probably the best E

Pros: My standard E. The quality make and the multi-strand core with a steel overwinding has much needed internal damping. I have never known these strings whistle.

Cons: No complaints whatever.
