Keen Amateur

OK but lacking in character.

Pros: I've used these strings from time to time and generally found them to be stable and long lasting.with plenty of volume and clarity

Cons: I find the tone rather thin and hard edged, particularly with the latest set (maybe my fiddle needs attention or maybe I prefer a more warm complex sound), The very steely sound limits the range of expression in my playing compared to using say helicores..
