Pros: Fast service.
Cons: The pads did not fit by many centimeters and were badly cut.. Removing the original pads was a nightmare.and no instructions on how to do this. A nightmare battle with adhesive gunge that defied all known removers. Unable to contact Bonmusica and no help from their website.
Other: Gave up in the end and replaced whole shoulder rest. Expensive but worth it. Bonmusica customer service apparently non existant
