Good for beginner to intermediate player.

Pros: Excellent value for money, I prefer this to wooden bows at a similar price we've tried before. My daughter can get a range of bow strokes and produce a nice tone at grade 5 level.

Cons: A little inflexible for more advanced playing I think.

Other: We wanted a cheap bow to tide over till my daughter grows out of her 3/4 violin after her previous one broke. This is doing the job very well.
