Pros:
These are truly astonishing strings! I have tried for years to find a set of strings to bring out the best in my 2006 Christopher Rowe violin. Evah Pirazzi Green were my favourites for a while and then I recently fitted Thomastik Dominant Pro (on offer) - I found these to be not very responsive and a bit "squeaky". So I took the plunge and treated myself to this set of Thomastik Dynamo strings ... the improvement in tone and response was immediate, and they took less than an hour to settle in. They have remained totally in tune (without any interference on my part!) for a couple of weeks. I cannot believe how great my fiddle now sounds - stronger, truer, richer. If I had been told by someone else how marvellous they are, I would have been a little sceptical; but when I started playing, I was simply blown away - as was my wife, who said she was "over the moon" and could hardly believe the improvement, not only in the sound of the fiddle but in my playing too!

They are a bit pricey, but well worth it, at least on my violin. In this case, it's true that you get what you pay for!
