Very happy with evah pirazzi viola strings
Pros:
Clear tone, well suited to my viola. Hold their pitch well. Even tone throughout all the registers.
Cons:
I have always used gut core strings before and I still love the sound of the gut core. However, for practicality, I have opted to switch to synthetic core. It has taken some time trying various strings, but I will now be staying with the Evah Pirazzi.
Other:
Although they are fairly expensive they are worth every penny.
