Pros: good price everything included, even rosin dominant strings fitted very speedy dispatch, well packaged arrived ready to play instructions included re dominant strings
Cons: no cons!
Other: For the price this is a great little violin. My daughter is just grade 2, but this is her 3rd violin due to growth. Her second was also a Stentor II (though 1/2 size) and she loved it, but the upgraded strings give a much richer sound, definitely worth the upgrade. The bow was even rosined ready for use. Slight tuning was required when it arrived, but a letter was included which explained this due to the new strings. The Stentor case is tough enough to withstand the multiple trips to school and orchestra, and has put up with many bumps and foul weather on the way! The String Zone's Andrew was very helpful on the phone with safe speedy dispatch.

Fantastic student violin
Pros: Gift for my husband after he did a lot of research into which violin was good for beginners. He decided on this one so I surprised him and so far he is delighted. Very well made, excellent set up by the string zone. Ready to play.
Cons: None
Other: Highly recommended for a beginner.
