Pros: The strings produce a rich, warm sound on my violin, and came as recommended by the luthier who made my violin. The gold E sounds so much better on my violin too, compared with the sound that the regular E string produced. The price of the set is very reasonable indeed for such a great sounding set of strings.

Pros: I'm a professional maker rather than a player. One customer liked these strings so much that she immediately ordered a spare set ! I have just put a set on my own instrument but have not yet been able to play because of a finger injury.
Cons: Have not found any yet - apart from price.
