Pros: If you never thought that a shoulder rest could improve the sound of your instrument. think again.Having had the same trusty well known shoulder rest for donkey's years I was advised by my luthier that this lightweight Titanium Alloy Carbon Fibre Pedi Elegante would transform the sound of my violin. It certainly has. It is definitely louder and more resonant. No losing tone, no muffled sound.It has even improved the pesky Wolf note. Since getting this I find that 3 of my violinist friends already have the same one and never told me ! Hmmm friends indeed !
Cons: Pricey but worth it.
Other: You won't be disappointed.

Really nice but not for me this time
Pros: Snug fit, very comfortable, sleek
Cons: A little narrow for me, had been scratched before I'd got it
Other: This was one of three shoulder rests I tried, and all three were good. Just so happens one fitted slightly better
