Violino are professional quality synthetic cored strings which combine the qualities of Evah Pirazzi and Obligato but with a lower tension for a warm, easy sound. A great value modern string. Highly recommended for all types of instrument. Available in full size only.

Warm tone and easy on the fingers

Pros: I've used these strings on a couple of violins that were a bit harsh on the ear to make them a bit warmer. They do help. I fix up violins from time to time, and I have spent the bit extra that these cost on a couple I've done for myself. They last very well. They seem pretty easy on the fingers. They keep in tune very well. All in all a very good, reliable set of strings.

Pros: All strings good tone and stable except aluminium A. Very responsive steel E. Fiddle is Thompson ,1870.
Cons: Just the A string. I fitted this string to a new instrument with the same result. Lack of stability when played.
