Pros:
Massively improved the comfort of the Kun rest - my back and neck pain disappeared within a couple of days. If you find that putting a pad under your rest helps then this certainly will.
Cons:
It's a bit pricey for a screw and plastic foot, although the comfort benefits far outweigh the cost.
