Pros:
Excellent set for adding some freshness, clarity and volume to a violin. Strong, confident and clear, they work especially well with a naturally full or dark instrument, adding another dimension to the sound.
Cons:
The E string is very bright and physically very thin. Great if you want a loud, clear, piercing sound. I normally swap the E for something else though.
