Does exactly what it is meant to do
Pros: Does the job perfectly, and helps to keep the stand more firm when using heavy or thick books
Cons: only downside is that because it is plastic my little magnets for holding music in place don't work, but as it is deeper they are needed less

Pros: A great addition to my ancient metal music stand - seems to have made it more stable. It's wide enough for all my books with room for a pencil. Can't recommend this enough
